Yesterday I wrote a review describing what I received in my package and a few hours later she responded back with great customer service. It was a mistake on her behalf and she apologized and offered to send me a different set. This is great to me because I’ve been scammed before in the past where I would buy something online and not get what I ordered, and then when I take it up with the owner I never get a response back. So for her to be professional about this mistake and offer to resolve it tells me that she’s a great business person!
