Exchanges/ Return/ Refund policy

We hope you love your item!  If there are any issues please reach out!

Due to sanitary purposes, press-on nails and lashes are non-refundable & we do not conduct exchanges. 

Jewelry (Please read below carefully)

we do not offer refunds but will conduct size exchanges on a case by case basis. please reach out.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping related fees. Customer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request for a size exchange.
  • Customer must ship out product within 5 days after contacting us and provide tracking information.
  • Product MUST be sent back in original packaging and have no visible sign of wear. Once the product has been received and approved for an exchange the customer will be REQUIRED to pay the new shipping fee (USD 9.99 for USA shipments)
  • Processing for the new item takes 2-3 business days.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN SHIPMENT VIA ( FedEx, UPS,DHL)- Private couriers charge brokerage fees up to $30+

IMPORT DUTIES

Any import fees, taxes and brokerage charges are the recipient’s responsibility; consider these potential costs before placing an order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please note that for all shipments, Arewami Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. The Courier will either leave a delivery notice if the customer isn't available at the location and retry delivery at another date, or they will leave the parcel at the front door or mailbox based on their discretion. Arewami Beauty  will not be held responsible for orders that have been noted delivered via the tracking information but not received by the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If a delivery address is submitted incorrectly  when an order is placed, Arewami Beauty assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders. 

If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please notify us immediately via email support@arewamibeauty.com We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet. 

 RETURN TO SENDER

Contact the carrier if your tracking information says an attempt to deliver was made, or is undeliverable and being returned to sender. This usually mean there was an error in the shipping address provided, or the carrier was unable to drop off your package. If they are unable to redeliver your package, please contact us with the issue, order number, and/or correct shipping address immediately. USA packages returned to sender will typically be sent to our shipping partner's warehouse in the united states and will be reshipped to you as soon as the new shipping fee is paid by the customer.


Holiday Delivery 

Please note that there may be delivery delays due to the holidays. We cannot 100% guarantee that packages will be delivered in the exact time frame stated so please bare with us. We wish everyone well and  happy holidays!
